Romae Philharmonia Orchestra

La Romae Philharmonia Orchestra nasce nel 2016 su iniziativa di Pasquale Pellegrino. Si avvale della collaborazione di giovani musicisti provenienti da tutto il territorio italiano, ma fa tesoro anche dell'esperienza di musicisti affermati che hanno dato il loro contributo al panorama musicale classico e non solo in Italia ed all'estero, come nel caso del nostro direttore ospite il M° Silvano Corsi. La collaborazione con il M° Corsi ha avuto inizio in occasione del tour 2016/2017 nella Repubblica Popolare Cinese, durante il quale si sono eseguite musiche di Ludwig Van Beethoven, Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Verdi, solo per citarne alcuni.

La volontà di questo progetto è di presentare nel panorama italiano una nuova realtà musicale di qualità sempre maggiore con l’ausilio di musicisti di grande qualità via via diversi. Dalla sinergia tra l’impeto giovanile e l’esperienza c’è la voglia di far nascere un’orchestra che sia punto di riferimento per ogni musicista.

L'esigenza di questo progetto è di proporre un punto di riferimento musicale che si approcci al repertorio lirico e sinfonico in modo giovane avvalendosi però dell'esperienza di musicisti e direttori affermati.

Nel 2017 l'Orchestra si esibisce sul territorio romano, collaborando ad esempio con l'ambasciata del Belize presso lo Stadio dei Marmi.

Ha all'attivo tre tournée in Cina 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19 durante le quali ha avuto l'opportunità di esibirsi in sale importantissime, quali lo Shanghai Grand Theatre, la Xinghai Concert Hall di Guangzhou, il Guotai Art Center di Chongqing, il Nanshan Cultural Center di Shenzhen.

Durante la sua seppur breve ma intensa attività l'orchestra collabora con diverse realtà del panorama italiano non solo classico ma anche come orchestra per registrazioni in studio come spesso succede nella proficua collaborazione con la Digital Records.

Nel 2019 l'orchestra si esibisce all'interno della stagione della camerata Musicale sulmonese eseguendo musiche mi Dvorak Mozart e Barber con un grande riscontro di critica e pubblico.

Il 1 Giugno del 2019 l'orchestra si esibisce in un concerto con il Maestro Nello Salza strumentista prediletto del M° Ennio Morricone.

Nel 2019/20 si è tenuta la prima stagione della RPO, dovutasi poi fermare nel febbraio 2020 a causa della pandemia di Covid-19, presso l'auditorium del SGM centro congressi di Roma.

The Romae Philharmonia Orchestra

The Romae Philharmonia Orchestra has been founded in 2016 by Pasquale Pellegrino. The Romae Philharmonia Orchestra employs young musicians coming from all over Italy, and it treasures experienced and claimed musicians which gave their contribution to the Italian and foreign`s classical scenery.

Among Romae Philharmonia' s guest we have  as a director Maestro Silvano Corsi; the collaboration with Maestro Corsi began in 2016/2017 during our first tour in People`s Republic of China where the Orchestra played musics by Ludwig Van Beethoven, Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Verdi, just to name a few.

The aim of this project is to introduce into the Italian scene a high grade brand new musical reality helped by high quality musicians and always differt. From the sinergy by the youth impetus with the experience comes the will to rise up an orchestra which is a landmark for every musician.

The whish of this project is to suggest itself as a musical reference point  that approaches the lyrical and symphonic repertoire in a young way, using the experience of established musicians and directors.
In 2017 The Orchestra performed on the Roman territory, collaborating with various organizations such as the Embassy of Belize at the Stadio dei Marmi.

Romae Philharmonia Orchestra made three tours in China in 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19: during the tour the Orchestra has performed in important halls, such as Shanghai Grand Theatre, The Xinghai Concert Hall in Guangzhou, the Guotai Art Center of Chongqing, The Nanshan Cultural Center in Shenzhen.
During his short but very intense activity, the Orchestra collaborated with different realities of the Italian scene, not only classical, but also as an Orchestra for studio recordings, as often happens in the fruitful collaboration with Digital Records.

In 2019 the Orchestra played within the season of the Camerata Musicale of Sulmona  performing Dvorak Mozart and Barber with great feedback from critics and audiences.

On June 1 2019, Romae Plharmonia Orchestra performed in a concert with Maestro Nello Salza, the favourite instrumentalist of Maestro Ennio Morricone.

In 2019/20 the first season of the RPO was held, which then had to stop in February 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, at the auditorium of the SGM congress center in Rome.
